1. Furnace working process: feed vacuum furnace heating and annealing discharge.

2. Main components and instructions:
Purpose: annealing heat treatment of materials under vacuum condition
Furnace lining: firebrick masonry, filled with refractory fiber materials
Heating method: the heating element adopts 0Cr25A15 resistance wire, which is placed on the special wire brick.

Stainless steel furnace: stainless steel 321 material, thickness of 8mm.

Furnace body is mainly composed of furnace body (including furnace lining), electric heating device, furnace door, stainless steel furnace, vacuum system, instrument temperature control system.
Steel frame made of steel, steel and other materials welded, lightweight and reliable. The door post is formed by channel steel and furnace steel frame. The furnace is made of firebrick and filled with refractory fiber.
The electric heating elements are respectively arranged around the stainless steel furnace pot, with spiral heating wire and resistance wire fixed on the special wire brick.
Furnace door adopts side door type, steel plate welding on the external surface, refractory fiber material filling in the inner layer, the sealing structure of furnace body and furnace door is flange type, hand wheel bolt locking.
The furnace door is equipped with vacuum pipe and valve (plug is plug and play type), and pressure safety protection device.
