Hydrogen furnace is a kind of heating equipment, which charge into H2 or H2 & N2 mixture gas (H2 content >5%) as protective atmosphere. It is divided into vertical and horizontal structure. Furnace can be used for ceramic sintering or metallization, brazing, glass parts used for sealing metal parts annealing and purification. It can also be used for sintering powder metallurgy and semiconductor alloy. It is mainly used for heat treatment of tool steel, mold steel, high-speed steel, ultra-high strength steel, magnetic material, stainless steel, non-ferrous metal and other materials under the protection of hydrogen atmosphere.
