Silicon Oxide Powder Vacuum Sintering Furnace

The pressureless atmosphere furnace is equipped with a vacuum system. When the air in the cavity is drawn out, high-purity N2 is introduced into the cavity, and sintering is carried out in a N2 protective environment. When used to produce high-purity Si3N4 powder, N2 reacts fully with Si powder, and the powder yield can reach 92%.
