Stainless steel vacuum high temperature brazing furnace is suitable for annealing and degassing of various alloy materials, components (W, Mo, Nb, W-Cu alloy), magnetic materials, hydrogen storage metals, active and refractory metals. For example, annealing of electrical steel and electromagnetic alloys, stainless steel, heat-resistant alloys, copper and its alloys, and other metals.
Technical characteristics of equipment:
1. The furnace body is a horizontal single-chamber and horizontal burden structure. It can also be designed as a three-chamber continuous vacuum brazing furnace.
2. High temperature molybdenum heating zone heating, molybdenum and multi-layer stainless steel screen is composed of all-metal insulation furnace gallbladder, temperature uniformity is good;
3. The inlet of the vacuum system is equipped with gas condensation phase shifter and filter collection device to eliminate flux evaporation gas on the contaminants of the vacuum pump group.
4. Unique anti-pollution technology supervision to ensure long-life vacuum regulation;
5. The furnace has interlocking functions such as temperature, pressure, water pressure and vacuum, and has high safety protection and protection functions.
6. It has the functions of remote control operation, remote fault diagnosis and remote program update.
