1. The carbon steel shell is welded by a professional pressure vessel factory to ensure the air-tightness of the weld and no leakage points such as trachoma and disconnection.

3. The door hinges open sideways, and the pressure-bearing arm door makes opening and closing easy and convenient, and has the function of adjusting the door up and down.
4. Furnace door sealing belt 20mm thick wire cutting flange, embedded O-ring silicone, hand wheel locking.
5. The surface of the furnace shell is electrostatically sprayed with anti-rust treatment, which is beautiful and generous.

Application
This series of vacuum sintering equipment is mainly used for vacuum sintering of cemented carbide, magnetic materials, ceramics and powder materials. The material adopts high temperature sintering process to ensure the design of heat resistance and insulation reliability. The new electrode structure eliminates the phenomenon of electrode leakage in the high temperature furnace, and the heating system for vulnerable parts is easier to repair and replace.
