Vacuum degreasing sintering furnace is mainly used for degreasing sintering process of metal and ceramic injection moulding parts (MIM) such as stainless steel (nickel), iron base, titanium alloy, alloy steel, high speed steel, etc. The two production processes of degreasing and sintering in the same furnace can shorten the production cycle, improve production efficiency and increase output. Widely used in medical equipment components (dental orthodontic products, living sampling forceps, etc.), mobile phone accessories (metal decorative shells, metal navigation) keys, cators, buttons, buckles, shafts, mobile phone vibrators, computer parts and hardware.

 
Customized Vacuum Degreasing Sintering Furnace  Technical characteristics of equipment:
1. Sintering furnace adopts special hot zone structure and heating element design to ensure good temperature uniformity.
2. The special designed dewaxing device has good sealing and can be disassembled, which can effectively prevent the contamination of internal components.
