VHBD diamond vacuum brazing furnace

It is mainly used for vacuum brazing of diamond tools such as diamond cutting tools, grinding tools and diamond boring tools. Given the particularity of the diamond, we have developed this vacuum furnace for the diamond brazing industry.

Equipment technical features

1.The furnace is a horizontal single-chamber horizontal loading structure;

2. Isostatic pressure graphite heating element, composite carbon felt and soft felt insulation structure, to better ensure temperature uniformity;

3. The inlet of the vacuum system is equipped with gas condenser, filter and collection device, which makes the flux in the vacuum system volatilize and cause pollution.

4. Unique anti-pollution technology supervision to ensure long life vacuum regulation;

5. The furnace has interlocking functions of temperature, pressure, water pressure, vacuum and so on, and has high safety protection and protection functions;
