1. Usage

2. Features

3. Structure

We can adopt vertical or horizontal structure according to customers’ technical requirements. Special sealed furnace flue and multi-stage water-cooled laminated oil collector are used for degreasing and oil collection. The cavity can be completely removed and easy to maintain. Nickel chromium heater, stainless steel or composite insulation board shall be adopted. The heating element can be divided into multiple areas, each area controls its temperature independently, and programmable PID adjustment is installed. It is equipped with an inflatable degreasing system, which can charge gas into the furnace, and the gasification flow is adjustable. Equipped with internal circulation cooling system, it can speed up the cooling of materials in the furnace, reduce the construction period, and improve product quality and work efficiency.
