This equipment is used for vacuum brazing of copper alloy, stainless steel, superalloy, heat resistant alloy, etc. It is also suitable for vacuum brazing of zirconium, niobium, molybdenum and other refractory alloys or dissimilar metals. It is widely used in brazing of plate heat exchanger and oil cooler.

In the process of welding, the parts are in vacuum or protective atmosphere. It has the advantages of no oxidation, small deformation, no pore, no flux inclusion, bright surface and pollution-free technology. It can realize multi-channel brazing seam and multi-component welding at the same time.

The control system is controlled by PLC. The intelligent temperature controller controls the temperature accurately and automatically. It can realize automatic/manual undisturbed switching and abnormal alarm function. The operation is simple and reliable.
