Vacuum sintering furnace is mainly used for degreasing and sintering of powder metallurgy products, metal injection moulding products, stainless steel, cemented carbide, superalloy, high specific gravity alloy, ceramics, magnetic materials, etc. Dewaxing, pre-burning and sintering process can complete rapid cooling in the same furnace at one time. It eliminates product quality accidents caused by repeated product movement, heating and cooling, reduces labor intensity, shortens production cycle and improves production efficiency.

Vacuum Sintering Furnace Characteristics :
1. Furnace material is vacuum-formed Al2O3 ceramic fiber material, no dust falling off at high temperature, small heat capacity, energy saving more than 50%.
2. Heavy double-deck structure. The shell temperature is low.
3. Microcomputer PID control module can realize precise temperature control and constant temperature requirements.

5. Built-in over-temperature alarm and protection function, can be unattended.
Vacuum performance:
1. Double door design, flange seal, PTFE seal ring to ensure chamber seal.
2. Furnace can work in vacuum and inert gas.
3. Metal pipes can be connected to make poisonous and harmful gases produced at high temperatures reach designated locations.
